Our Rates and Policies
Rates – At RiverDance we offer two separate suites, Tree Tops and River Rock. Each suite is only occupied by a single group. Each suite has two separate sleeping quarters, so they are perfect for some time away for you and your significant other, a getaway with friends, or a family gathering. The price per suite starts at $125/night for 1-2 guests. Extra guests will be charged $25/night.
Check In and Check Out Times – Check out time is 11 AM and check in time is between 3 PM and 9 PM. If you need to arrive outside of those times, please call Callie at (847) 809-3098.
Cleaning Fees – Each stay will have a one time $40 cleaning charge added to your bill if you stay for one night and a $60 dollar cleaning charge for multiple nights. If you bring one or more of man’s best friends with you, there will be an additional one time charge of $25 per dog. If extra expenses are required beyond the normal dog fee, then your credit card will be charged appropriately.
One Night Stays – During the peak seasons of May throughout October, one night reservations may not be accepted for Friday, Saturday or Sunday more than one week ahead of the requested date.
Family and Pet Friendly – We created RiverDance with families in mind and we absolutely love it when they come to visit. We’ve had many families come stay with us and you can take a look at the reviews and see how much they enjoyed it. Your canine friends may also be welcome. Thanksgiving/Christmas Vacation Rental Option at RiverDance – Time to share some holiday time with our family and grandchildren so you can bring yours to Thanksgiving or Christmas in the mountains of North Carolina with all the comforts of home. Our two spacious suties are yours. Start a new tradition rich in memories that are sure to be treasured.
Cancellation Policy – RiverDance is an inviting bed and breakfast/vacation rental blend where every guest reservation is important and special to us. At the time your reservation is made, by phone or online, 50% of the rental fee or one nights lodging (whichever is more) will be required to secure the reservation.
If you should cancel more than one month before the date of your arrival, we will refund your deposit less a $50 cancellation fee per suite that is reserved. If you should cancel with less than one month but more than two weeks before the date of your arrival, you will lose your deposit. If you should cancel less than two weeks before your arrival date you will be responsible for the rest of the rental amount on your credit card.
Cancellations must be made by sending an email. Once we receive that email we will cancel your reservation. Verbal cancellations will not accepted. This also applies if you should depart early or arrive late.
